Product Return & Refund Policy

1.Return Eligibility: Customers can return products within 30 days of purchase if they decide to change their mind. The product must be in unused and saleable condition and returned in its original manufacturer’s packaging.

2.Return Process:

  • Include a copy of the original invoice with the returned product.
  • Ship the product in its original packaging, with all accessories, tags, and instructions intact.
  • The product must not be damaged or altered in any way.

    4.Non-Returnable Items: If the product seal is broken or the product shows signs of use, we cannot accept it for a return or refund.
